Fucktard - “Corporate Rats”
John “The Baker” Eppard and his band, Fucktard, just put up two brand new songs in honor of the Occupy Oakland and overall Occupy movement. Both are free downloads, so make sure to grab the mp3s!
Reblog via newmusicfinder:
These guys are a group of music students who settled in Albany, NY and are on the up and up! Their music is definitely indie rock, but it’s got some delicious jazzy swirls and a light pop coating. Highly addictive!

Just about every 2 and a half weeks in 2011 The City Never Sleeps have been posting fresh homemade demos. The Albany, NY 5-piece indie rock band shared a third new song today, “Return to Sender,” showing off a whole different side to the intricate music-student group.

Mic Todd (Coheed and Cambria) in the studio with Mours (Feb 2009) recording “Sharks in London”
Mours formed over a residency of sorts at Darkworld Studio in Kingston, New York. 2 songs have been posted (“Christmas From Hell” and “Sharks in London”), however, well over 13 songs were written from December 2008 to May 2009. It’s unknown how many were demoed. Mours remains Josh Eppard, David “Wavis” Parker and Anthony Masington’s organically collaborative side project though the three of them are currently occupied with other endeavors. Josh Eppard is touring with Terrible Things (who’s debut album is expected out August 31, 2010 on Universal Motown). He also still works with Wavis on his hip-hop outlet- Weerd Science, of which Ant plays guitar in the live show. Anthony is working on his Session 606 debut at Applehead Studio with Chris Bittner and is performing vocals with Delaware rock band, The Flatline Symphony. Wavis is working on some top secret stuff.
