Vuvuzela is the first original project to rise from the ashes of Kiss Kiss, as the rest of members joined forces with previous tourmates: Damiera, The Gay Blades The Venetia Fair, The World/Inferno Friendship Society).

Josh Benash and James O’Keeffe of Kiss Kiss have finally unvelied the name of their new project! Vuvuzela.
Stephanie Babirak joins the guys on Harp/Vocals and Ben Goldstein holds down the Drums/Percussion. The group performed their first show together back in October during the CMJ Festival at Alphabet Lounge.
They were billed as “Strange Creatures” this past weekend when Vuvuzela performed with DriftDivision at Heirloom Arts Theatre in Danbury, CT and The Campus Theatre in Lewisburg, PA. The video above is from Vuvuzela’s third show (it was at The Campus Theatre, an old Art Deco movie theatre from the 40’s).
